Duties / VAT & Taxes

Our products are shipped from Printful’s partnered fulfillment centers worldwide.
Depending on your country, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs fees may apply.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
In many cases, you will be required to pay these taxes and fees upon delivery.
However, import duties are rarely applied for small personal orders such as posters.
Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing your order.

• The occurrence of duties and taxes is determined by customs authorities and cannot be controlled by our store.
• Duties may apply depending on the order quantity and product type.
• If taxes or duties are not paid upon delivery, the shipment cannot be received.
• For questions about duties or taxes, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.
• Please note that we do not handle or pay duties and taxes on behalf of customers.

Personal import level:
For small quantity orders such as posters intended for personal use, duties are rarely charged or minimal, as these are treated as personal imports.

Commercial import level:
For large quantity orders or imports for commercial purposes, customs inspections become stricter and import duties and consumption taxes are more likely to apply.
