1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Pricing
All products sold on this site are made-to-order posters printed on demand.
Prices are displayed in USD and may vary depending on exchange rates or regional conditions.

We are based in Japan and do not charge or collect VAT, customs duties, or other import taxes.
Such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to this condition.

※For customers residing in Japan, consumption tax and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Unlike customers in other regions (who are not charged consumption tax on this site),
orders placed from Japan will automatically include tax.
Please note that, only in Japan, tax is added in advance at the time of purchase.

3. Orders and Payments
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery
All products are manufactured and shipped by our partner Printful.
Orders are typically shipped within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • If your item is damaged during delivery (e.g. crushed or bent packaging), please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to offer compensation for shipping-related damage.

  • If there are clear issues caused by our production partner (Printful)—such as printing defects, manufacturing flaws, or packaging errors—please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your item. We will respond in good faith to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and written content on this site are the property of E.minerr.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

However, if you are a customer and wish to share your purchase on social media for personal or promotional purposes, you are welcome to do so.
We simply ask that you present the artwork respectfully and do not alter it in a misleading way.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Impersonation or providing false information

  • Unauthorized access or fraudulent payment methods

  • Any activity that violates laws or public order

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute, the Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
